Even though it has felt like fear season started nearly two years ago (or even centuries ago), officially on August 19 at 4:12 am Pacific, the fall cycle of fear season 2021 began. Through November 19, all humanity experiences fear activations from Venus, Mercury, Mars, and the Sun. For three months, you have the choice to:

Every Fall seven courage/fear energies are activated by the position of the Sun, Venus, Mercury, and Mars. In 2021, this occurs between August 19 and November 19.
Did you know that every Spring those same seven courage/fear energies are activated by the position of the earth? In 2022, that occurs between March 25 and May 3.
The sun and earth activations last approximately six weeks. During those times, depending on your mindset and alignment with your Human Design, you will experience either the higher (courage) or lower (fear) expression of those energies.
What are the courage energies?
In Human Design, the spleen center houses the seven courageous energies. It is also the center for instinct, survival, our sense of time, our immune system and health, and fear. The gift of the spleen is that it functions in the moment. It gives us the ability to be present, and so keenly aware, that we feel or know when intuition hits our gut in the moment.

TheCourage to Thrive - Sun Activationprogram consists of live coaching support over eight weeks during the activations of the seven Human Design courage gates. Each week addresses a specific courage gate during the time of its live activation. This is why the program runs virtually live September 26 - November 19, 2021.
We meet for four live group coaching calls, so you get exactly what you need during the energy activations. You also get three separate energy healing calls to coincide with healing techniques.

What if I am unable to attend the live zoom calls?
If you know you will miss a call, PLEASE email me with your questions prior. I will address your question on the call. I love including you on the call and reviewing your chart alongside everyone else, so it feels like you were right there with us.
What if I am new to Human Design?
This is the perfect program to guide you to learn in an integrative, hands-on way. The best way to learn is through experience, which is how this program is designed to teach you and guide you. I am here to support you learn the way you are meant to learn. Human Design has many aspects to it. I am here to ensure you receive exactly what you need at the gentle level you need it. If you have questions, I am here to answer them specifically in a way you understand.
How much time will this program require of me?
Once per week (sometimes twice), you will receive access to the Gate being activated by the Sun. You will receive four videos that total between 40-60 minutes of time. Each video is recorded separately so you can digest and receive the information in smaller parts as you have the time to watch and learn.
There are reflection questions you may want to spend time contemplating, answering, meditating, or journaling on. This may take as much time as you need, possibly up to an hour each week.
We have four 90-minute zoom calls during our eight weeks together. Additionally, we have three separate healing technique calls that are each an hour long.
Lastly, you receive a healing technique with each Gate activation. Some techniques are fairly quick. Others may require more time depending on if you need additional support.
I highly recommend scheduling in your calendar a few hours for yourself each week so you can learn, engage, integrate, and contemplate at the pace you need. You know what you need, please honor that! 💜
Can I purchase this program at a later date?
You can join the program after it begins; however, it is only available during the stated dates to coincide with the live gate activations. The ten gates covered in the program are only activated by the Sun every fall. They are also activated by the Earth every spring. If the timing doesn't work for this program this year, you're invited to join next year, or check out the Courage to Thrive - Earth Activation program.

As a Certified Human Design Level 4 Specialist and a Quantum Alignment Level 3 Practitioner, I love teaching you about your Human Design. I also love to create unique Human Design programs where you can truly integrate and live your design. This allows you to shift from consciously knowing to unconsciously being and becoming unconsciously competent.
I also maintain certifications as a Certified Public Accountant, Personal Financial Specialist, and Certified Financial Planner™ from my previous work life so that means in this program, we also dive into your financial fear frequency! Fear crosses into every aspect of life, especially your finances.
With an undefined Spleen (far left white triangle), I know fear very well. I have lived in fear, and often it wasn't even mine! I birthed my twins by cesarean section because of fear. I let others' fear control my ability to trust my own decisions.
Yet fear no longer has power over me like it once did. The fear I couldn’t see or feel before now leaps at me like a cat clawing at my face. My intuition kicks in and I listen intently.
